ALL: Hold Harmless Agreement Vendor is responsible for the quality and safety of what they sell and is required to obtain liability insurance for their product. Except in the case of gross negligence, vendor shall indemnify, keep and save harmless the Thomasville Farmers Market (TFM) and all organizations and individuals who assist with the TFM in non-vendor status from and against any and all claims and demands whether for injuries to persons, or loss of life, or damage to property, on or off the premises, arising out of the use or occupancy of the premises by the vendor. Vendor shall defend at vendor’s own expense any action related to vendor’s acts or omissions that is brought against the TFM and/or any of the above mentioned organizations or individuals.
