🌈 Eat the Rainbow Kids Program
We’re thrilled to continue Eat the Rainbow, a fun, hands-on nutrition and produce program just for kids—designed to inspire healthy habits, adventurous eating, and community connection!
Each Saturday through the season, children who visit the market will receive:
🍎 A $5 produce voucher to spend on fresh fruits and veggies from our amazing local farmers
📖 A colorful Eat the Rainbow Passport packed with fun challenges, food facts, and a spot to track their market adventures
🎨 Weekly activities that encourage kids to taste new foods and learn how fruits and vegetables grow
This program helps kids explore where their food comes from in a fun, engaging way—while helping families stretch their food dollars and support local growers. Let’s grow healthy habits together—one color at a time!
🛒 SNAP/EBT Accepted- DOUBLE UP FOOD BUCKS
We proudly accept SNAP/EBT at the market, and this year we’ll be offering Double Up Food Bucks—so you can stretch your dollars and take home even more fresh, local goodness. This means that for every dollar you spend on eligible produce using your EBT card, you receive an additional dollar to spend on fruits and vegetables, effectively doubling your purchasing power. We believe everyone should have access to fresh food, and we’re so glad to be a part of making that happen. Stop by the info booth information about eligible food items from any participating vendor.
